Lapin AMK Master School -KOULUTUSTEN KUVAUS

YAMK-koulutukset ovat joko monialaisia osaamista monipuolistavia ja laaja-alaistavia koulutuksia tai alan osaamista syventäviä koulutuksia, joilla on vahva yhteys asiantuntijatyössä tarvittavaan erityisosaamiseen ja työelämää uudistavaan TKI-toimintaan.

Monialaisissa koulutuksissa on keskeistä uuden tiedon tuottaminen sekä osaamisen jakaminen ja hyödyntäminen työelämän kehittämisessä, vahva tulevaisuusorientaatio sekä innovointihalu ja -kyky. Kehittämishankkeiden suunnittelu ja toteuttaminen eri alojen rajapinnoilla ja verkostoissa tuottaa uusia innovaatioita ja moniammatillisen toiminnan osaamista.

Syventävä YAMK-koulutus puolestaan kartuttaa omaan alaan liittyvää tietoa kriittisesti ja antaa valmiuksia välittää osaamista omaan organisaatioon ja sen ulkopuolelle. Koulutuksessa korostuvat asiantuntijuus alaan kuuluvan uuden tiedon tuottamiseen, käytäntöön soveltamiseen sekä syntyneen kehityspanoksen vaikutusten arviointiin littyvä osaaminen Syventävien erityisosaamisalueiden valinnat perustuvat tarkkaan harkittuun profilointiin sekä vahvaan TKI-yhteyteen.

Tutkintosi laajus on 60 op, kun taustatutkintosi laajuus on 240 op tai 90 op, kun taustatutkintosi laajuus on 210 op.

KOULUTUSTEN SISÄLTÖ JA RAKENNE
Koulutukset rakentuvat 1) Tutkimus- ja kehittämisosaamisen, 2) Ydinosaamisen ja 3) Profiloivan osaamisen opintojaksoista.
Koulutukset sisältävät seuraavat kaikille YAMK-koulutuksille yhteiset tutkimus- ja kehittämisosaamisen opintojaksot, yht. 40 op:
•Osaamisen johtaminen 5 op
•Työelämän kehittämismenetelmät 5 op
•Opinnäytetyö 30 op

Koulutuksiin sisältyy lisäksi 15-20 op koulutuskohtaisia ydinosaamisen opintoja, joista valitset vähintään 15 op

Profiloivan osaamisen opintojaksot voit valita yhteisestä monialaisesta Lapin AMK Master School-tarjonnasta. Tämä antaa sinulle mahdollisuuden rakentaa osaamistarpeitasi vastaavan ja urapolkuasi parhaiten tukevan henkilökohtaisen opintosuunnitelman (eHOPS). Tarjonnassa on sekä suomenkielisiä että englanninkielisiä profiloivia opintoja muun muassa seuraavista kokonaisuuksista: kehittämisosaaminen, johtamisosaaminen, digitalisaatioon liittyvä osaaminen sekä yrittäjyys- ja liiketoimintaosaaminen. Profiloivaan osaamiseen voit valita myös muissa korkeakouluissa tarjolla olevia ylempien korkeakoulututkintojen tasoisia opintoja (EQF7) tai esimerkiksi valtakunnallisen CampusOnlinen YAMK-tasoisia verkko-opintoja.

Development

KOULUTUSTEN SISÄLTÖ JA TOTEUTUS
Koulutukset rakentuvat 1) Tutkimus- ja kehittämisosaamisen, 2) Ydinosaamisen ja 3) Profiloivan osaamisen opintojaksoista.

Kaikkien koulutusten toteutus tapahtuu vahvasti verkko-oppimisympäristöä hyödyntäen. Osa koulutuksista tapahtuu pääsääntöisesti virtuaalikampuksella (verkko-opinnot), osassa voi olla joitakin lähiopetuspäiviä kampuksella (monimuoto-opinnot). Opiskelussa hyödynnetään projektioppimista ja opintojaksoja kytketään olemassa oleviin hankkeisiin sekä työelämästä nouseviin tehtäviin. Opintojaksoilla hyödynnetään Lapin ammattikorkeakoulussa käynnissä olevia kansallisia ja kansainvälisiä hankkeita.

Opiskelua ohjaavat koulutusten vastuuyliopettajat ja eri opintojaksojen opettajat. Opintojen aikana opiskelija saa myös vertaistukea ja -arvioita opiskelijaryhmältä. Opetussuunnitelma toimii lähtökohtana henkilökohtaiselle opiskelusuunnitelmalle (eHOPS), jonka laatimiseen saat ohjausta opinto-ohjaajalta ja ryhmäsi vastuuyliopettajalta.

KUORMITTAVUUS
Opintojen kuormittavuuden määrittelyssä on lähtökohtana yleiseurooppalaisen ECTS opintosuoritusten siirto- ja mitoitusjärjestelmän (ECTS-järjestelmän) perusteet. Yksi opintovuosi on 1600 tuntia opiskelijan päätoimista työskentelyä. Se vastaa 60 opintopisteen suoritusta opintovuoden aikana. Yhden opintopisteen työmäärä on noin 27 tuntia. Opintopistettä vastaava työmäärä arvioidaan suhteessa osaamistavoitteisiin. Opinnot suunnitellaan etenemään lukuvuosittain tasaisesti 40 viikon aikana.

OPINNÄYTETYÖ
Opinnäytetyön avulla uudistetaan työelämää ja tehdään aluekehitystyötä tuottamalla uutta tietoa sekä kehittämällä ratkaisu- ja toimintamalleja tai palveluita työelämän ja henkilökohtaisen osaamisen tarpeisiin. Tutkinnon keskeisen osan muodostaa ammatillinen opinnäytetyö, kehittämistehtävä. Se perustuu työelämään liittyvän tutkimuksellisen kehittämisidean analysoinnille, suunnittelulle ja toteutukselle. Opinnäytetyö toteutetaan tiiviissä yhteistyössä työelämän kanssa. Se voi olla myös monialainen. Opinnäytetyö on koko koulutuksen kestävä prosessi, jonka aikana verkostoidutaan ja kehitetään asiantuntijuutta työelämän asiantuntijoiden ja muiden opiskelijoiden kanssa.

KANSAINVÄLISYYS
Lapin korkeakoulukonsernin (LUC) strategian mukaan kansalliset ja kansainväliset osaamisen verkostot edistävät strategisten tavoitteiden saavuttamista. Koulutuksessa tehdään yhteistyötä kansainvälisten korkeakoulujen kanssa siten, että eri opintojaksojen toteutuksissa on yhteisiä osuuksia muiden korkeakoulujen kanssa, esimerkiksi työpajoina, jolloin osa opetuksesta tapahtuu englanninkielellä. Voit myös tehdä opinnäytetyösi kansainväliseen hankkeeseen. Voit lisäksi kehittää kansainvälisyyttäsi valitsemalla englanninkielisiä opintoja Lapin ammattikorkeakoulun ylemmän korkeakoulututkinnon tai Campusonlinen tarjonnasta tai osallistumalla ulkomaanvaihtoon.

OPINTOJEN TOTEUTTAMINEN JA ARVIOINTI
Oppimisen tavoitteena on ammatillisen osaamisen kehittyminen opiskelijakeskeisten ja aktivoivien oppimis- ja ohjausmenetelmien avulla. Ammatillinen osaaminen syvenee myös ongelmanratkaisu – ja päätöksentekotaitoja vahvistavien oppimis- ja kehittämisprojektien avulla. Ongelmaperustainen oppimisnäkemys tarkoittaa niitä asioita, joilla oppimista jäsennetään ja organisoidaan (esimerkiksi tutkiva oppiminen, ongelmaperustainen sykli/vaihemalli, ongelmaperustainen projektioppiminen tai niiden yhdistelmä). Kaikissa oppimisen organisoinnin tavoissa lähtökohtana ovat työelämän ongelmat ja työelämäläheinen toteutus.

Opiskelun eri vaiheissa tapahtuvan arviointi muodostaa johdonmukainen kokonaisuus, joka tukee koulutuksen tavoitteena olevan osaamisen saavuttamista. Arviointia toteutetaan kolmikantaperiaatteella (opiskelija, työelämänedustaja/ohjaaja, opettaja). Koulutuksen viralliset tavoitteet toimivat oppimista ohjaavina ja motivoivina suunnannäyttäjinä. Kehittävä arviointi huomioi sekä oppimisprosessin että osaamisen eli tuotoksen arvioinnin. Oppimisprosessin arvioinnissa opintojakson tasolla keskeisiä työvälineitä ovat itsearviointi, vertaisarviointi ja opettajan antama palaute. Arviointiperusteiden, menetelmien ja kriteerien lähtökohtana ovat kyseisen opintojakson osaamistavoitteet, jotka johdetaan koulutuksen kompetensseista. Opiskelijoiden oppimisen ja osaamisen arviointi perustuu opetussuunnitelmissa oleviin opintojakson osaamistavoitteisiin ja arviointikriteereihin joiden avulla oppimistulokset voidaan tunnistaa.

Opintosuoritukset arvioidaan asteikolla kiitettävä (5), hyvä (3-4), tyydyttävä (1-2), hylätty (0) tai asteikolla hyväksytty (H) – hylätty (0).

HANKITTU OSAAMINEN JA HYVÄKSILUKEMINEN
Tutkintoa suorittaessa opiskelijalla on mahdollisuus ammattikorkeakoulun päätöksen mukaisesti lukea hyväksi muussa kotimaisessa tai ulkomaisessa korkeakoulussa taikka muussa oppilaitoksessa suorittamiaan opintoja sekä korvata tutkintoon kuuluvia opintoja muilla samantyyppisillä opinnoilla. Opiskelija saa ammattikorkeakoulun päätöksen mukaisesti lukea hyväksi sekä korvata tutkintoon kuuluvia opintoja myös muulla tavoin osoitetulla osaamisella (932/2014, 37§9). Menettelystä käytetään nimitystä hyväksiluku.

EUROOPPALAINEN JA KANSALLINEN TUTKINTOJEN VIITEKEHYS
Eurooppalainen tutkintojen viitekehys European Qualifications Framework (EQF) on yhteinen eurooppalainen malli osaamisen kuvaamiseen. Se helpottaa eri maiden kansallisten koulutus- ja tutkintojärjestelmien keskinäistä vertailua. Viitekehyksessä on kahdeksan vaativuustasoa.

Suomen tutkintojen ja muun osaamisen viitekehys ( NQF) perustuu Euroopan parlamentin esitykseen eurooppalaisen tutkintojen viitekehyksen (EQF) perustamisesta elinikäisen oppimisen edistämiseksi. Se on yhdenmukainen myös eurooppalaisen korkeakoulututkintojen viitekehyksen (European Higher Education Area (EHEA) qualifications framework) kanssa. Viitekehys kuvaa koulutusjärjestelmään kuuluvat tutkinnot, oppimäärät ja muut laajat osaamiskokonaisuudet, jotka on sijoitettu kahdeksalle tasolle niiden edellyttämän osaamisen perusteella. Kansallisesta tutkintojen ja muiden osaamiskokonaisuuksien viitekehyksestä säädetään laissa (93/2017) ja valtioneuvoston asetuksessa (120/2017).

Tasolle 7 asettuvat ylemmät korkeakoulututkinnot ja ylemmät ammattikorkeakoulututkinnot, yliopistojen ja ammattikorkeakoulujen erikoistumiskoulutukset, joiden kohderyhmänä ovat ylemmän korkeakoulututkinnon tai ylemmän ammattikorkeakoulututkinnon suorittaneet.

Objective

KOULUTUSTEN TAVOITTEET
Ylempään ammattikorkeakoulututkintoon johtavien opintojen tavoitteena on ammattikorkekouluasetuksen (18.12.2014/1129) pykälän 5 mukaan, että tutkinnon suorittaneella on
1) laajat ja syvälliset tiedot sekä tarvittavat teoreettiset tiedot toimia työelämän kehittäjänä vaativissa asiantuntija- ja johtamistehtävissä;
2) syvällinen kuva omasta ammattialasta, sen asemasta työelämässä ja yhteiskunnallisesta merkityksestä sekä valmiudet seurata ja eritellä alan tutkimustiedon ja ammattikäytännön kehitystä;
3) valmiudet elinikäiseen oppimiseen ja jatkuvaan oman ammattitaidon kehittämiseen;
4) hyvä viestintä- ja kielitaito oman alansa tehtäviin sekä kansainväliseen toimintaan ja yhteistyöhön.

AMMATILLISEN KASVUN POLKU - HANKITTAVA OSAAMINEN
Lapin YAMKin opetussuunnitelmassa otetaan huomioon Lapin korkeakoulukonsernin (LUC) strategiset valinnat, joita ovat globaali arktinen vastuu, kestävä matkailu sekä tulevaisuuden palvelut ja etäisyyksien hallinta. Strategiset valinnat huomioidaan tarkoituksenmukaisella tavalla sekä ydinosaamisen että profiloivan osaamisen opintojaksoissa. Tämä voi tapahtua joko sisältö- tai menetelmävalintoina ja tulee näkyviäksi opintojakson osaamistavoitteissa. Jokainen koulutus edistää yhden tai useamman strategisen valinnan toteutumista.

Kaikkiin YAMK-koulutuksiin liittyvät seuraavat yleiset työelämäkompetenssit: eettinen osaaminen, innovaatio-osaaminen, kansainvälisyysosaaminen, oppimisen taidot, työelämä osaaminen ja työyhteisöosaaminen. Lisäksi jokaisella koulutuksella on 1-2 koulutuskohtaista kompetenssia, joihin kiteytyy koulutuksen ydinosaaminen. Koulutusten tuottamat osaamiset on kuvattu opinto-oppaassa. Niiden huomioonottaminen ja arviointi opintojaksoilla löytyy opetussuunnitelman kompetenssimatriisista.

- Suunnitella tuotantotoimintaa kestävän kehityksen uusien toimintaperiaatteiden mukaisesti muuttuvassa toimintaympäristössä
- Johtaa ja kehittää luonnonvarojen ja tekniikan alan toimintaa, sen uudistumista ja palvelukokonaisuuksia monialaisesti
- Kehittää yritysten liiketoiminnan ja palveluiden kilpailukykyä kestävän kehityksen näkökulmasta vastuullisen ja resurssiviisaan toiminnan kautta
- Tukea organisaatioissa monialaisen yhteistoiminnan ja verkostojen kautta tapahtuvaa toimintaa, henkilöstön työhyvinvointia ja osaamisen kehittymistä
