- can analyse the starting points of child welfare from a local, national and international perspective
- is familiar with the key contents of the Child Welfare Act and the child welfare service system
- can identify factors behind the need for child welfare and access child welfare service needs

- Non-institutional support measures
- Non-institutional placement
- Emergency placement
- Custody proceedings

The student can analyse the starting points of child welfare and has an excellent and critical grasp of the key contents and service system of child welfare.
