Satisfactory (1–2):
The student can specify different management theories, basic concepts and approaches. They can identify legislation that governs governance and management work.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good (3–4):
The student can explain the most common management theories and their applications from the perspective of social services. They understand the significance of legislation in social services work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent (5):
The student can apply management theories in social services work with practical examples. They apply the administrative principles and legislation of social services with practical examples.
