From Research to Working Life: I will be idea manager!Laajuus (5 op)

Sisältö

The main objective is creation of the role of an “Idea Manager” with different stakeholders by using creative tools. Studies include intensive week in Norway where students participate workshops and experiential activities and complete assignments in the international study group in creation the role of an “Idea Manager”.

Arviointikriteeri, hyväksytty/hylätty

PASS
The student has participated the webinars, info meetings and the intensive study week. His/ her reflection on the topic indicate good familiarization on the study material and contents and he/ she has produced reasonable development ideas. Most of the assignments are performed according to the instructions and deadlines.

FAIL
The student does not complete the assignments according to the instructions or does not attend the webinars, the intensive study week or info meetings at all. He/she does not pass the assignments as required.

Suoritustavat

• Participation to three information meetings
• Students familiarize themselves with written report “Best practices for transferring knowledge to working life”.
• Participation in the Learning, Teaching, Training activities in Stavanger and completing all activities and assignments during the LTT
• 16.5.2024 and 29.10.2024 Webinar participations
• Students write a Learning diary of LTT activity
• Writing a blog post to Lapland UAS student blog about participation to LTT activity
• Completing visualization assignments
