Japanese 2 (CEFR A1)Laajuus (3 cr)

Objective

Having successfully completed the course, the student will
1) have built a basic vocabulary of Japanese and will be familiar with basic lingual structures
2) be familiar with a growing stock of KATAKANA and KANJI Japanese characters
3) achieve the level A1 of the CEFR (the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Content

The course covers: pronunciation, listening, speaking, reviewing KATAKANA and learning more KANJI, reading and grammar.

XJAP0001 Japanese 1 or elementary knowledge of Japanese

Further information

The language of instruction is English, if there are exchange students in the group.

Execution methods

Exercises 36 h. Self-study or working in small groups 60 h.
