Objective
After completing the course unit, the student will understand the activities, decision-making, and operational practices of the subject associationbe able to act in a constructive, responsible way, taking into account the different types of perspectives when holding positions of trustbe able to work actively and interactivelyunderstand the significance of influencing and be able to use the experience in studies and working life.
Content
A student may obtain 3 credits for the bachelor’s and/or master’s degree for having served as the chair of a subject association or an advocacy organisation.

A student can be awarded credits for holding the same position of trust only once.The student may include a total of five credits obtained from acting in positions of trust in the bachelor’s and master’s degree, for example, five credits in the bachelor’s degree and five in the master’s degree.If the student has already received credits for the TAU.M.001 Extra-curricular Activities in Administration course unit (1–10 credits), those credits will also be included in the credits obtained by acting in positions of trust.The report ralated to the task (min. 2 pages) must include the following: - a description of the activities and the operating environment, an assessment of learning, for example, based on different situations and cases, a description of how the experience has benefited learning, preparation for a profession/working life and graduation.The student must submit the report as an e-mail attachment to the faculty’s e-mail address. The e-mail message should be titled as follows: code and name of the course unit / the student’s degree programme or specialisation
