Objective

Learning outcomes: After completing the study unit, the student is able - to recognise the general outlines of the scientific research on Orthodox church music - to evaluate and analyse two or more themes or topics in the research of church

Content

The student becomes acquainted with the scientific research of Orthodox church music and its contemporary questions. The student participates at least in two appropriate academic church music seminars, symposia, or conferences.

Qualifications

Participation in the course presupposes a completed Bachelor’s degree or a completed set of supplementary studies (those admitted directly to studies on the Master’s level)

Execution methods

- The student writes a plan of implementation which is accepted by the professor. - It is possible to complete the course by participating in academic seminars, symposia, conferences, visiting lectures, or other appropriate content offered at the School of Theology.
