Objective
- Forming a view on the development of literary studies. - Formation of a specific understanding of the classics of the discipline. - In-depth familiarity with key figures of the discipline or classic studies - After completing the course, the student understands the change in literary studies in the context of the history of ideas and scholarship.
Content
The course provides a deeper insight into the historical development of literary studies and the thinking and research of its key representatives. In addition, it focuses on the role of literary studies in academia and society.
