Objective

The student knows the principles of sustainable development related to production and consumption and is able to apply them in the development of sustainable production activities. He / she becomes acquainted with the operating principles and models of the circular economy, especially in the value chains of the bioeconomy, and is able to apply them at the company level. He understands the importance of conserving biodiversity and is able to take into account the related development needs in different ways of implementing the sustainable use of natural resources.

Principles of sustainable development based on the UN Agenta2030 program and the European Green Development Strategy. Objectives and operating models of the circular economy in different value chains. Biodiversity as part of human and natural well-being and sustainable development. Global goals of carbon neutrality and mapping of their implementation possibilities. Opportunities for the development of sustainable production at the company level.

- is able to explain the operating principles of the circular economy in key parts and to give examples of production value chains in companies

- seeks to promote the preservation and enhancement of natural diversity and actively promotes related development opportunities in the use of natural resources
