The students develop skills, knowledge and attitudes concerned with principles, techniques, and tools used in planning, control, monitoring, and review of projects.

- Project scope and estimation of time and costs
- Developing a project network plan
- Progress and performance measurement
- Risk management
- Project marketing
- Key processes in projects
- Documentation, audit, termination and closure.

0: The student does not participate in the course or he/she doesn´t meet the minimum requirements for course approval.

1-2: The student
- is able to write a project plan.
- is able to explain the different tools and approaches used in project management.
- is able to apply the methods of project management

3-4: The student
- is able to write a good project plan.
- is able to apply well the methods of project management.
- is able to describe and explain the role project management measurement and risks.

5: The student
- is able to write an excellent project plan.
- is able to apply the project management tools in international context and in digital transformation.
- is able to develop performance measurement and risk analysis systems.
