Setting personal learning goals in accordance with personal development
Norms and culture in working life
Practical application of learned skills and knowledge in real projects and work
Ethical questions and sustainability in one's profession

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

You prepare the learning objectives for the current training period and report on the skills acquired during and after the practical training.
