Objective

He/she is able to use work and field related language in Swedish (Finnish students).
He/she is able to understand the importance of language and communication skills as part of his/her profession.
He/she is able to tell about his/her background, studies and work in Swedish and is capable of managing in work and business field related everyday situations.
The student knows the Nordic operating environment. He/she obtains oral and written skills of Swedish required in the Act on the Knowledge of Languages Required of Personnel in Public Bodies (424/2003, A352/2003, 8§).

Level 1
He/she is able to use basic language and intercultural skills in simple situations.

Level 2
He/she is able to use basic language and intercultural skills in very simple related situations.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Level 3
He/she is able to use basic language and intercultural skills in simple work related situations.

Level 4
He/she is able to use language and intercultural skills in normal work related situation.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Level 5
He/she is able to use language and intercultural skills in work related situations.
