Academic Study Skills and Professional Growth 3 ECTS
Competence Goals:
The student becomes familiar with the learning environments of Lapland University of Applied Sciences (LUAS), the degree programme of nursing and the nursing profession. The student perceives his/her personal learning style and the level of competence s/he is currently on. S/he knows how to personally improve and develop in these areas. The student gets familiar with the essential practical learning tools needed in nursing studies. International students get familiar with Finland and the Finnish way of life. All students learn about the internationalization opportunities available in LUAS.
