- Ammatillinen ja hoidollinen vuorovaikutus Professional Interaction and therapeutic communication
- Suomen kieli ja viestintä; viestintätaidot työyhteisöissä Finnish language and communication, communication skills in a professional context

You assess the meanings and significance of professional, care-related and resource-oriented interaction with people and customers of different ages and types as well as their families.
