Students have the command of the main concepts of marketing.He/sheis able to recognize the significance of services as an individual product and as a part of an intangible and a tangible product. Students know the service process and culture as well as the service environment. He/she has the ability to measure service quality and develop it with help of the customer feedback. Students alsolearn the principles of business to business sales and business to government marketing principles.
