Objective

Student will learn to interview and counsel clients in English. They also learn the importance of interaction, cooperation and ethical behavior.

Content

Students practice client consulting in simulated situations with clients.

The course is arranged as an integrated course with Legal English (OENG710V24).

Execution methods

A seminar with lectures, teamwork and a learning diary written according to the instructions given at the beginning of the course (40 hours) Each student should be able to practice at least once in the role of a client and twice as a lawyer.

One of the rounds will be held together with the course Legal English and gives 1 credit in Legal English.
