This course examines instances of international political economy (IPE), contemporary diplomacy, geo-economic & geo-strategic theory, Arctic entrepreneurship and international cooperation in the context of the circumpolar Arctic emerging market.

This course examines instances of international political economy (IPE), contemporary diplomacy, geo-economic & geo-strategic theory, Arctic entrepreneurship and international cooperation in the context of the circumpolar Arctic emerging market. The course studies on theories, patterns and frameworks that have been intended as tools for enabling, explaining, fostering or frame up the political and economic development of the circumpolar Arctic. The course content is divided by the following themes:
