After this study unit you will know: • illustrates the importance of sustainability and environmental education from a global perspective, • utilizes nature education methods for different target groups, • uses the basic skills of safe movement in nature in a group, • uses information about nature's effect on human health, performance and well-being in different forms of nature exercise.

Theme 1. Nature education: Nature education methods, sustainability education, relationship with nature. Theme 2. Nature exercise: camping and wilderness skills, orienteering, nature's health and well-being effects and forms of nature exercise.
