Kontaktiopetus, projektityöskentely sekä työskentely Moodle alustalla toteutuvat vahvistetun työsuunnitelman mukaisesti viikoilla 43-51.

Objective

Learning objectives:

The student
- is aware of development needs in social services and acquires skills and methods for developing the services
- learns to view project activities as a form of development work
- is familiar with the project organisation as a structure and can plan, carry out and manage different kinds of development projects
- is familiar with the various regional, national and international financing models of projects and understands the key principles and methods of project financial management

Contents:
- Project as a concept and work method
- Project work and activities as a tool for developing client work and services
- Different regional, national and international development projects and their financing sources and models
- Project control and management methods and tools
- Project life-cycle thinking, resource and schedule management
- Need-based planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring, assessment and finishing of projects and project-like work

Teaching methods

AC-Luennot, harjoitukset, itsenäinen työskentely, oman projektin suunnittelu, toteutus ja arviointi omassa työssä.

Exam schedules

Oppimistehtävien tekemistä viikkojen 43-51 aikana. Itsenäisen oppimistehtävän palautus toteutuksen jälkeen viikolla 21.

Completion alternatives

AHOT-prosessin kautta hyväksilukuja saaneiden kanssa on mahdollista sopia osasuorituksista.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Satisfactory (1–2):
The student knows and can identify some principles of project-like development work and can identify social services development needs.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good (3–4):
The student has mastered the principles of project-like development work and can plan projects based on development needs.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent (5):
The student can utilise and apply project-like development work in professional activities.
