Tavoitteet

This module provides you the essential practical knowledge on the selected topics on mathematics and statistics utilized in Data Analytics. You will acquire basic working knowledge of statistical concepts and mechanisms to represent different types of data. Furthermore, you get ideas of business applications where statistics is used and understand statistics as a practical discipline that answers the changing needs of the business world. Finally, you will learn to present data using different types of representation mechanisms (diagrams and charts, numerical measures) efficiently in different situations.
