The students develop skills, knowledge and attitudes concerned with principles, techniques, and tools used in planning, control, monitoring, and review of projects.

Project organization and responsibilities
Project scope and estimation of time and costs
Developing a project network plan
Progress and performance measurement
Risk management
Project marketing
Key processes in projects
Documentation, audit, termination and closure.

Introduction during the contact week on 13 to 16 Jan.
AC Online lectures on 24 Feb to 30 March at 17:30 to 20.30

Opetusmenetelmät

Pedagogical arrangements:
Online lectures, online presentations and discussions, virtual team work, self-managed performance. Based on the principals of problem based learning, the students design a plan for an upcoming project topic in their companies.
Once the project plan is completed, the students write a min. 10-page long report describing their lessons learned under supervision of the teacher.
