You have the skills to install and configure basic wireless networks (from end device to access point).
You comprehend the basic characteristics of network standards and their relevance to IoT applications.
You can identify fundamental security differences in short-range radio networks.

You can design both short-range and long-range wireless networks while considering various operating environments, such as indoor and outdoor settings.
You have the skills to install and configure wireless networks.
You are familiar with key network standards and can compare their suitability for different use cases and environments.
You understand the requirements related to network load and energy efficiency in IoT applications and can design networks to ensure reliable and resource-efficient operation of IoT devices.
You can assess and plan for the security of short-range radio networks.

You can efficiently design and implement short-range and long-range wireless networks in diverse environments, considering various design aspects.
You have the skills to install and configure multi-access-point networks.
You are familiar with key wireless network standards, such as IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth, ZigBee, LoRa, and NB-IoT, and can select and justify the best standard for different use cases and environments.
You understand the specific requirements of IoT applications, such as low power consumption, the needs of large-scale networks, and latency demands, and have the expertise to design networks accommodating these requirements.
You can develop and implement a security plan for short-range radio networks.
