Objective
Student understands the interplay between statutory default rules such as the CISG and contracting standards regulating international sales . Student will learn the general knowledge of international sales contract planning and drafting.
Execution methods
Lectures, team and seminar work (16hours) and a written home exam.
Accomplishment methods
Active participation in the seminar work and a home exam.
Assessment: 80 % home exam and 20 % seminar work.
The questions of the home exam will be delivered in moodle, when the seminar has been held.

More materials will be delivered during the course Convention on the International Sale f Goods (CISG) see above Kauppalaki/ Finnish Sale of Goods Act 27.3.1987/35 will be delivered during the course
