MUTE0024 Työpajat 3 op / Materials Matter: An experimental prototyping workshop where concepts for packaging are developed.
Opettaja(t): Jenny Bergström, Heidi Pietarinen ja Katri Konttinen
Tavoitteet:
• get an introduction to the design thinking methodology and the chance to go through a design thinking cycle in this specific setting.
• practice applying a “beginner’s mindset” and challenge settled thinking patterns.
• get the chance to develop experimental ideas for a real client and practice how to relate to the initial brief.
• practice reflecting upon the creative process and formulate strategies to apply similar methods and learnings in future projects.
The main material used in the course is sustainable gluten plastic (not cellulose material mentioned in the course advertisement)
Sisältö: työpajatyöskentelyä sekä pop-näyttelyn pystytys F-Hubiin
Toteutus ja työmuodot: Luennot, työpajatyöskentely ja pop-näyttely 30 h, itsenäinen suoritus 51 h.
Kohderyhmä: taiteiden tiedekunnan BA, MA, PhD ja vaihto-opiskelijat
