Tavoitteet

After completion of the course, you will:
• understand the phases of research, the construction of a research plan, methodological choices and the utilization of literary sources
• understand the construction of a theoretical basis, the possibilities to combine the theoretical part and service design production/project, and the production of research results and conclusions
• be familiar to deal with questions related to research reporting

Suoritustavat

Lectures and exercises 30 hours. Independent work 105 hours.

Fail: Performance is highly deficient or erroneous. The work may be based on serious misunderstandings. Pass: Performance corresponds to the assignment, manifesting comprehension and a skill to analyse and justify.
