Sisällön jaksotus

Content schedule is introduced at the beginning of the course

During the course students increase their understanding on conceptual framework of project and process management and understand project organization and responsibilities. Students understand PM as a method to implement a change in the organization or address global scale change going beyond the single organization scope. Students are able to apply PM methods and tools in real-life project work. International project context is emphasized during the course. Based on the principals of problem based learning, the students design a plan for an upcoming project topic in their companies or selected development topic.

Tavoitteet

The students develop skills, knowledge and attitudes concerned with principles, techniques, and tools used in planning, control, monitoring, and review of projects.

Studies are implemented via online lectures, independent studies, teamwork activities and actual project work. We apply problem based and project based learning methodology.

Real life cases introduced during the course. Students conduct projects related to their sphere of work.
