Learning objectives:
The student:
- knows the system of social and health services providing welfare and social security and its functions
- knows the main principles of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) in regard to social services
- knows the main principles of the Act on the Status and Rights of Social Welfare Clients in the implementation of social services
- can take the significance of distances into account in social services
