Osaamistavoitteet

1. Develop essential life skills related to nutrition, food security, and first aid to effectively manage personal health and well-being in both everyday contexts and emergency situations. 2. Acquire strategies for ensuring personal safety and emotional well-being, including awareness of substance abuse, conflict resolution techniques, and the cultivation of resilience in personal and social environments. 3. Enhance your connection to others and the natural world by examining global welfare challenges, appreciating cultural diversity, and exploring nature-based approaches that promote health, inclusion, and environmental sustainability. 4. Foster self-confidence and identify personal strengths through reflective practices focused on personal and professional development, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, and establishing meaningful growth objectives. 5. Clarify your values and sense of purpose by learning to make ethical, responsible choices in your career that support the welfare of people, animals, and the environment, in alignment with One Welfare principles.
