Managing Change (6cr)

Objective

Student can - identify key factors, stages and challenges in change processes - define the theoretical roots of the change management debate and the key methods for implementing the change. - analyse and describe the research area of change management - is able to apply the research knowledge related to the change in practice by illustrating and evaluating a real or imaginary case.

Change and development of organisations, change management approaches. Change and resilience in organization and management. Current themes and questions of change management.
