Objective

After completing the course, the student: - is able to identify and name the special strengths and development needs of one's own pedagogical competence. - knows the theoretical models describing professional development and is able to describe the stages of one's own professional development. - aspects and perspectives of the development of the examination of competence and the work of a special education teacher. - becomes acquainted with the systematic acquisition of information and produces a written report in accordance with the practices of the field of educational science.

Content

The course includes theoretical models describing professional development, analysis of personal professional growth, examination of the activities of a community of experts from a special pedagogical perspective, and familiarization with the areas of special needs teacher work. The course includes writing a written report in accordance with the practices of the field of education.
