Objective

Student will learn the basic concepts, systematic and legislation of family and inheritance law. The student knows the legal effects of marriage and other partnerships both during and after the ending of the relationship. The student will know the legislation concerning the status of children in divorce. The student knows the basics of the legislation concerning the inheritance order, settlement and division of an estate and the will. The student will also know the basics of guardianship. The course unit will develop the following generic traits: - critical thinking

Content

Legal effects of marriage and other partnerships, marriage contracts, , partition of the joint estate of spouses, status of a child, settlement and division of the inheritance, will and guardianship.
