Objective
After completing the course, the student: - has deepened their knowledge in the field of social law, and understands the close connection between social politics and social law - recognizes social law as an instrument of social policy delivery - is familiar with the income support scheme and its fundamental principles and central legislation - understands how the income support system is organized, and recognizes the legal conditions of different organizational forms and how they are financed - recognizes the central concerns of the income support scheme, especially related to the fundamental rights - is able to use different sources of law versatilely in their legal argumentation and has practice in forming logical legal solutions The course unit will develop the following generic traits: - ethics - critical thinking

This course takes a deeper look at the central legislation on income support. Focus is on minimum income support and health insurance system.
