Objective

After completing the course, the student will: - be able to solve legal problems related to administrative law independently and justify their legal arguments - know how to apply general and specific legislation in practice - understand the relevance of the sources of law and the interpretative methods - have skills in both written and oral judicial communication skills - know how to properly and factually comment on other students’ legal solutions The course unit will develop the following generic traits: - critical thinking - identification and development of expertise - interaction and communication

The applying of general and specific legislation on public administration. Administrative procedure, prerequisites of administrative process, and other judicial protection.

Accomplishment methods

Lecture (4 hours) and learning assignments (100 hours) and meetings dedicated to reviewing the learning assignments (20 hours). Meetings will he held approximately a week apart and students will do and return the assignments between them. Learning assignments can be done independently or together with another student. Evaluation criteria: 0-5
