Objective

Students are familiar with the development of integration, the nature of the legal system of the EU, legal sources, institutions, their functions and decision-making system, the legal remedies as well as the basic elements of internal market law. This course unit develops the following generic competences: - internationality - critical thinking - identification and development of expertise

Rough history of the integration, legal sources of the EU, institutions and their functions, basic elements of the internal market law.

Qualifications

It is to be recommended that the students will take this course before attending the other courses of the European Law.
