Objective
After completing the course, the student will: know the basics of cultural policy as a research tradition and academic discipline be familiar with the key questions and research goals of cultural policy, and understands their local, national, regional, and international dimensions understand the central concepts and approaches used in cultural policy be able to describe what KUMU and cultural policy brings to academic and societal debate.
