Research project (10cr)

Objective

After successfully completing the course, the student can searchand use relevant literature for her/his research. The student canconceptualise the research process and apply research methods indata collection and analysis. The student can carry out a smallresearch and report it according to principles of scientificreporting. The student can defend her/his study and providecritical feedback in academic discussion.

Content

Research project focuses on data collection, scientific thinkingand argumentation as well as academic reporting. The students willcarry out a small research or develop a comprehensive researchproposal.

Qualifications

Special needs education 25 ECTS. Research methods required for BA degree. Special education research �course.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Execution methods

Seminar 30 h. Independent research work.

Accomplishment methods

Active participation in seminars, completion and presentation ofthe research. Peer review of another student�s work.
