Objective
Having completed the course students can
- apply the methods of project work
- apply the methods of service design and recognize the phases of the service design process
- apply methods related to the various phases of the service design process
- collaborate with various actors, for example in business, research, and project environments
Content
The course consists of project work focusing on comprehensive service design through the various phases of the service design process: user data collection, service conceptualization, prototyping, and assessment.

Execution methods
Lectures as well as project work under supervision and independently, a total of 270 hours.
