Objective
Entrepreneurship is a process of identifying potential business opportunities and exploiting them through the recombination of existing resources or the creation of new ones to develop and commercialize new products and services. Digital Entrepreneurship is a subcategory of entrepreneurship in which some or all of what would be physical in the traditional settings has been digitized based on the use of digital media and technologies. The objective is that students are able to create new ventures and transform existing businesses by developing novel digital technologies or experimenting a novel usage of such technologies.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
0. The student did not submit the course assignments or these assignments did not meet the minimal quality requirements presented in the class.
1 – 2. The student has delivered the assignments, which are prepared generally according to the defined requirements. The student understands mostly correctly concepts of lean start-up and digital entrepreneurship. However, there is a room for development in the content of the assignments. Recommendations are rather general and are not elaborated in details
Assessment criteria, good (3)
3 – 4. The student has delivered the assignments, which are prepared according to the requirements presented in the class. The student understands very well entrepreneurial orientation, lean start-up and design thinking concepts and is able to apply them correctly. The student also understands well the role of digitalization in entrepreneurship. Additionally, the student is able to give useful development recommendations utilizing his/her knowledge and skills.

5. The student has delivered the course assignments and these are prepared according to the requirements presented in the class. The student understands entrepreneurial orientation, lean start-up and design thinking concepts deeply, and is able to apply them correctly. The student also understands well and is able to develop digitalization processes. In addition, the student is able to propose ideas for development new digital business models. Moreover, the student is able to give useful development recommendations with proper argumentation in different situations concerning entrepreneurial ecosystems
