Osaamistavoitteet
Student is able to identify a service problem/gap/opportunity and to plan the service development. Student is able to perform a service development project for an actual customer group/and/or business commissionaire. He/she is able to apply critical thinking identifying basics of business law, financial management and principles of marketing throughdifferent cases. Student is able to apply project management tools in the context of a cross-border service project case. Student is able to usethe needed ICT tools.
