Osaamistavoitteet

The student is familiar with rules and regulations of school. The student is able to work with the people from different cultural backgrounds and he/she has the knowledge of multicultural working environments within a team. Student is able to utilize Lapland UAS´s electronic tools and he/she is able to apply basic ICT tools for effective learning. He/she is able to assess his/her own competence and knows where he/she needs to develop his/her own competence. He/she recognises his/her own method of learning and is capable of independent learning and is able to develop his/her learning methods.
The student is able to retrieve information from different sources and can determinate the reliability of the sources he/she uses. Student is able to use different document format given by the school and he/she is able to mark the references. Student is able to adjust to new learning methods such as PBL.

Student has basic knowledge about own study field and is able to name main areas of knowledge within own study field. He/she Is able to utilize all relevant infrastructure at Lapland UAS and to use basic formats of written documents according to instructions.
Student can perform as a member of an international team.
Student can use the common ICT programmes available at Lapland UAS with assistance.

Good

Student has a good knowledge about own study field and is able to understand the main areas of knowledge within own study field. He/she is able to utilize all relevant infrastructure at Lapland UAS and to use basic formats of written documents independently.
Student can perform as an active member of an international team.
Student can independently use the common ICT programmes available at Lapland UAS.

Excellent

Student has an excellent knowledge about own study field and is able to foresee its meaning in the context of own career development. He/she is able to utilize all relevant infrastructure at Lapland UAS and to use basic formats of written documents independently and efficiently.
Student has intercultural skills to perform as an active and initiative member of an international team. Student can efficiently use the common ICT programmes available at Lapland UAS.
