Objective
Learning outcome:
1. Peer tutoring: Students are familiar with University of Applied Sciences’ operating and study environment and want to develop it through peer tutoring and acquire experience in appearing before an audience in various presentation tasks. Students are able to provide counselling in matters related to UAS, the field of study, studying and student and wellness services. They may also function as a sports or marketing tutors or tutors for international students.
And/or
2. Activity in student organizations and work groups: Students function in Lapland UAS’ student organizations (Student Union ROTKO or student associations) and/or work groups and are able to provide information and counselling in matters related to their operation.
And/or
3. Quality work: Students participate in UAS´ quality work, i.e. in development of UAS´ operations. They give feedback and develop the feedback system of their study field and study environment.

- Participation in education, planning of activity and tutoring activity
- Reporting
Reporting
Planning of the activity, active participation and reporting to responsible persons. The report should include things like participation in education, tutoring activity, meetings and events including time spent on tutoring. Consider the following matters in the report:What does the activities you have participated mean to Lapland UAS? What have you learned? How these activities could be developed in your unit and at Lapland UAS? How could a student develop oneself? Assess your own success in this activity.
