Osaamistavoitteet
After completing the course, the students are aware of the different communication situations (conversation, meeting, negotiation) and can handle these situations in international working environments. The students understand the role and meaning of organizational communication as part of business management. The students are able to identify the meaning of conversation as part of strategic communication and they are aware of the role of the manager in change communication. The students can identify the concepts and goals of the crisis communication and they are aware of the role of crisis communication as part of the organization’s communication.
