Alcohol passportSupervision of the Alcohol Act prevents detriments caused by alcohol. Licensed premise are required to have a duty manager and a necessary number of assistants for him/her who are appointed by the licence holder.
The duty manager and his/her assistants have to be suitable for the role, and they have to have adequate professional skills which have been obtained either through training or experience.
Sufficient professional skills which have been obtained through education require a minimum of one-year full-time training in hospitality management with a curriculum including education and practical training on alcohol dispensing. Experience-based professional skill requires a minimum of two-years of full-time work dispensing alcoholic beverages and a certificate from a hospitality management institute showing that the person is aware of the provisions on alcohol dispensing.

First aidEmergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. The course focuses on primary care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise
Emergency First Response Secondary Care (first aid) covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening. Participants focus on secondary assessment and first aid through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice

Hygiene proficiencyAll persons working in the food business must have basic knowledge of food hygiene, so that they can safely handle food. The Food Hygiene Proficiency Certificate, i.e. Hygiene Passport, was developed to promote food safety.
Fee of the hygiene passport is 20 €
Tourism safety passportEach tourist is served by a number of differet companies and people. All of them must do their share to ensure tourists safety.

The student is able to understand localness in global business processes with the help of examples and exercises. He/she develops his/her hospitality skills and gets some experience of basic tourism related tasks and duties at a basic level. He/she has some understanding of an organisation’s operating model and process but is unable to see it in a wider context. The student has some basic knowledge of multisensory service experiences and can use his/her creativity and innovation skills only partly. He/she understands the meaning of safety issues in work related tasks. His/her multicultural communication skills are at a basic level. The student passes all the tests required for working in the tourism field. He/she can give a satisfactory oral presentation about his/her field work experiences in English but needs assistance. All the assignments are performed mostly according to the instructions.

The student knows the meaning of localness in global business processes. He/she has good hospitality skills and his/her experience of basic field related tasks and duties are at a good level. The student has good knowledge of an organisation’s operating model and process. The student has good knowledge of multisensory service experiences and is good at using his/her creativity and innovation skills in work related tasks. He/she knows well how to take safety aspects into account. His/her multicultural communication skills are at a good level. The student passes all the tests required for working in the tourism field.. He/she can give a good oral presentation about his/her field work experiences in English. All the assignments are performed mostly according to the instructions.
