Learning goals:
- After the course student is able to manage the implementation of a project based on created project plan. Student is able to define the problem or challenge within a given business field and is able to identify solutions for given problem. Students are able to create a project plan and perform the tasks according to the project plan. Students are able to deliver final project result as defined in project goals.
- Within the course students develop entrepreneurship, project management, work life, innovation, intercultural communication competences.
Contents:
- project lifecycles
- create a project plan
- managing the simple project
- applying various project management tools
- implementation of the given project/s
In 2017 spring semester students plan and implement various projects, which aims to encourage entrepreneurship and innovations
