Objective
Nursing Expertise and Special Issues in Medical Surgical Nursing 10 ECTS
Competence Goals:
The student forms a holistic picture of nursing work and knows how to develop nursing. The student can plan, implement, develop and assess nursing work from a holistic point of view based on the principles of nursing. S/he understands the importance of continuous professional development and the personal responsibility it includes. S/he is familiar with multi-professional teamwork and its meaning in nursing. The student bases his/her actions on professional ethics and evidence-based practices in medical surgical nursing work.
