After the study unit the student

The student masters the process of adventure education and uses adventure education methods in a guided way to develop individual and group activities.
The student plans in a guided way adventure education activities taking into account the risks and safety aspects of the activities.

The student masters the process of adventure education and uses adventure education methods in a guided way and partly independently to develop individual and group activities.
The student plans adventure education activities taking into account the risks and safety aspects of the activities.

Teaching methods
This course has a strong emphasis on experiential learning. Students are involved in the production and design of the course content. The course includes time-bound online learning, independent and guided group work, and field interventions.

The course uses a continuous assessment method. There will be diagnostic assessment based on the course objectives, formative assessment linked to the student's learning objectives and reflection, and summative assessment based on peer and self-assessment at the end.
