Objective
Fundamentals of Nursing and Nursing Interventions 7 ECTS
Competence Goals:
The student is able to apply the theories of nursing sciences in his/her own data base and decision making. S/he gains knowledge and skills about decision making in nursing based on the nursing process model. The student is able to work basing his/her actions on the values, ethical principles, rules and legislation of nursing , in addition, s/he can assess the realization of these principles in clinical nursing work. The student takes responsibility of his/her personal professional actions and growth. S/he gets familiar with the interventions of nursing and applies them in clinical work. S/he practices professional interaction and communication, and ergonomy. S/he is familiar with aseptic working methods in theory and in practice, also understanding the main principles of infection prevention and control.
