Content
Objective:
The student is able to distinguish HRM as a function in an organisation as well as the tasks and aims of HRM. He/she isable to distinguish the role of leadership in an organisation and is able to apply leadership skills in different business situations. He/she knows the main content of the sector's essential labour legislation and collective agreements and can apply them. He/she knowsthe basics of payroll activities and understands the reporting process.

Student are able to demonstrate basic theoretical knowledge about HRM discipline.
